Description:
A quick drying industrial enamel with a hammered metal surface pattern which is ideal for camouflaging surface imperfections with a highly decorative effect. It is a tough durable and anticorrosive finish with excellent adhesion.

Use:
Suitable for use on metal parts, castings, sheet metal work, machinery, trailers, metal structures, indoor and outdoor furniture, timber and many other applications. It is typically applied to industrial and commercial machines and equipment where a heavy duty and decorative look is required. Hammercoat can be used to hide welding defects and imperfections on rough, damaged or scratched surfaces.
Application:
May be applied by spray, brush or roller. Stir thoroughly before and during use. Spray: Apply by conventional or airless spray. Apply one light coat and allow to tack off (approx. 10-15 minutes). Then apply one full even coat. A medium to heavy coat is required to give a more pronounced hammer pattern. Roller and Brush: Apply one light coat Lightly re-roll or re-brush to even out the finish. Leave until surface is touch dry approx. 30-60 minutes. Apply a second light coat. Imperfections such as runs may be lightly re-brushed or re-rolled before the surface becomes tacky. Avoid excessive film build, especially on vertical surfaces where runs may distort the pattern. Two light coats will give a better finish than one heavy coat.
