Description:
Motospray Acrylic Primer Surfacer is a single pack automotive primer surfacer, designed to be compatible with all existing single pack acrylic paint systems.
Properties:

Use:
Suitable for spot repair and full respray. Specifically designed for use with single pack acrylic top coats.
Application:
Spray 2-4 coats with 10-15 minutes drying time between coats at 20C(allow longer at lower temperature).
For spot repairs ensure that the first coat overlaps the repair area by approx 50mm with subsequent coats slightly inside this.
Allow 2 hour drying at 20C (allow longer at lower temperatures) before sanding with 600 grit paper.
Apply Motospray Spray Putty or Stop Putty as required.
Sand, then seal with a further 1-2 coats of Acrylic Primer Surfacer.
Ensure that the primer is completely cured and dry before application of the topcoat otherwise shrinkage may result in loss of gloss.
Allow to dry for minimum 2 hours at 20C.
Allow longer in cooler temperatures and if film build is high. 24 hours is recommended.
Sand with P600-800 W&D grit paper, clean with Prepwash then apply topcoat.
